Golfers Elbow

Also known as medial epicondylitis or pitchers elbow. Golfers elbow is due to inflammation of the common flexor tendon of the wrist.  Golfers elbow is typically caused by repetitive microtrauma such as golfing, pitching, typing, hammering, painting, and raking.  Signs of golfers elbow include pain around the inside of the elbow, loss of grip strength, and decrease elbow flexion.

How can Natural Health Chiropractic help?  Instrument assisted soft tissue can decrease the formation of scar tissue and promote healing. Acupuncture can assist with the management of pain and support healing. Rehabilitation can strengthen the muscles, stretching can lengthen and relax tight muscles which will reduce the occurrence off re-injury.  These are just a few of the ways that Dr.Falkner can help.  Call today to make an appointment: (480) 222-2129
